Interferometric Correction of Point Spread Function Spot in Projection Based on a Collective Matrix of Spatial Light Modulators

Abstract

Identical phase-only SLMs assembled side-by-side create a synthetic-aperture SLM. It allows scalable increase of image resolution for the price of strong side-lobes in the PSF spots. In this paper we present method of interferometric correction of the PSF spot.
