Full field holographic vibrometry at ultimate measurement limits

Abstract

This paper proposes a processing method for full-field vibrometry based on digital on-line holography at 100kHz. We demonstrate that 20nm vibrations at 17kHz can be measured over large field of view (~500cm2).
