Computer Generated Holograms Generating Subdiffraction Limit Optical Patterns

Abstract

We study computer generated holograms to generate subdiffraction limit optical patterns which are finer than the diffraction limit size. Design and experimental results demonstrate the functionality of such holograms. An application to optical security is also presented.
