Abstract

We design large space-bandwidth multiplexing computer-generated volume holograms (CGVHs) using scattering theory and projection optimization algorithms in three-dimensional Fourier space. We show improvements in diffraction efficiency, reconstruction error, and frequency/angular selectivity with increasing space-bandwidth product.
