Abstract

In this work we demonstrate the enhanced architecture of a limited angle optical diffraction tomography system with the scan-angle-independent spatial carrier frequency of the fringes in a CCD camera plane. For highly accurate reconstruction of 3D phase biological microobjects we propose a new two-stage regularization strategy, named Generalized Total Variation Iterative Constraint. The implementation of the system is illustrated by the results of measurement of mouse fibroblast cells.
