Quantitative phase imaging using dual-wavelength common-path digital holographic microscopy

Abstract

A dual-wavelength common-path digital holographic microscopy is presented to achieve quantitative phase imaging, which is based on introduction of two fiber-coupled lasers and the reflection from front and back surface of a glass plate.
