Fast Tomographic TIE-Based Phase Imaging Using SLM

Abstract

We purpose to use a SLM in a 4f TIE-based setup to acquire fast 3D tomographic images of phase objects. This setup reduces the acquisition time making the TIE technique useful for dynamic biological samples.
