Solid immersion Fresnel zone plate

Abstract

A solid immersion Fresnel zone plate (SIFZP) is designed and its near-field imaging characteristics are analyzed using the vector angular spectrum method. Results show that the SIFZP can generate a high intensity and subwavelength focus.
