Integration for Phase Retrieving by Quantitative Differential Interference Contrast Microscopy

Abstract

A quantitative differential interference contrast technique is adopted for measuring object thickness or refractive index. We propose a modified integration method to improve measurement and to reduce effects of noise on reconstructing phase from gradient.
