Inverse Scattering Solutions Using Holographic Data

Abstract

We present a new method for solving inverse scattering problems in wavevector space for both coherent and incoherent illuminations. Using the solution and holographic data, we experimentally demonstrate 3D cell reconstructions and extend it for 4D imaging.
