Abstract
High-resolution tomographic microscopy is developed for optical measurement of living tissue by using the lens-less reflection-type holographic microscopy. Not only an object light but an illuminating light with varying wavelengths is recorded for generating tomographic images. Tomographic images with a resolution of about one micron are reconstructed for complex biological structures.
