Hyperspectral Holographic Fourier-Microscopy

Abstract

New lens free holographic image acquisition method in polychromatic, unpolarized light is presented. Hyperspectral amplitude and average-phase profile images of standard microscope samples obtained experimentally are presented, speckle noise reduction is discussed.
