Digital Holography for Tissue Dynamic Imaging of Cellular Motions in Live Tissue

Abstract

Digital holography volumetrically captures subcellular motions inside live tissue that are sensitive indicators of cellular health and cellular response to applied drugs. Tissue Dynamics Imaging is a new approach to live-tissue functional imaging.
