Four-dimensional imaging by parallel phase-shifting digital holographic microscopy

Abstract

We present the imaging of the temporal change of three dimensional movement and µm order structure in the microscopic area by using parallel phase shifting digital holography. The effectiveness of the technique was verified by an experiment.
