Abstract
In this paper, we propose a computational depth conversion technique for displaying orthoscopic 3D real images at an arbitrary distance in integral imaging system. In the proposed technique, the depth-converted elemental image array is obtained through the smart pixel mapping process and the image interpolation technique. To show the usefulness of the proposed method, we carry out the preliminary experiments and present the experimental results.
