Abstract

We demonstrate in a periodically-poled nanowaveguide nanowaveguide second harmonic generation with efficiency over 2200% W1cm2, difference frequency generation over 4.5 THz, and multichannel photon pair generation with a coincidence to accidental ratio as high as 600.
