Single-Shot Quantitative Phase and Amplitude Retrieval Using Color-Multiplexed Differential Phase Contrast Microscopy

Abstract

We propose a single-shot technique for phase and amplitude recovery using color-multiplexed partially coherent illumination. Our method is derived from Differential Phase Contrast, but requires only a single color image and a color patterned light source.
