The Use of Saturated Negative Speckles for Imaging Through a Scattering Sample

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Superresolution imaging of optical vortices in a high-NA speckle pattern. We imaged optical vortices thanks to STED microscopy. We identified their charges, we observed creation and annihilation of vortices of opposite charges and demonstrated the ability of vortices to confine fluorescence to sub-diffraction dimensions.
