Video-Rate Multispectral Imaging: Application to Microscopy and Macroscopy

Abstract

A novel video rate multispectral imaging camera allows data cube acquisition from moving objects with high spatial, spectral and temporal resolution. The instrument was used to measure the oxyhemoglobin abundances within individual red blood cells.
