Table-Top Coherent Diffractive Imaging Using Extreme Ultraviolet Source

Abstract

We have demonstrated a high resolution image (~ 45 nm) of a sample can be reconstructed using a focused narrow-bandwidth extreme ultraviolet source with wavelength around 30 nm and short exposure time of 2s.
