Abstract
Three-dimensional (3D) passive sensing using photon counting integral imaging is presented. Photon counting 3D passive sensing shows significant benefits for automatic target recognition (ATR). The discrimination capability of the proposed system is quantified in terms of Fisher ratio and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves using nonlinear matched filtering.
