Abstract

A time-resolved mid-infrared dual-comb spectrometer with a spectral bandwidth of ~300 cm-1 and 6 GHz spectral resolution is used to monitor the dynamics in a CH4 discharge plasma with 20 μs temporal resolution. © 2020 The Author(s)
