Abstract

The frequency response of metallic nanolasers are evaluated theoretically and experimentally. The predicted modulation bandwidth is ~ 289 GHz, and the experiments show an effective modulation current efficiency factor (MCEF) of ~143.8 GHz/mA1/2.
