Abstract

We present nanoplasmonic slot-waveguides interfaced to dielectric photonic waveguides and capable of strongly enhancing Raman scattering. Their e-beam-free fabrication can be scaled to volume manufacturing and makes the plasmonic structure, hence the Raman spectra, reproducible.
