Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate enhanced four-wave mixing (FWM) in an integrated waveguide coated with graphene oxide (GO). Owing to the high Kerr nonlinearity of GO and strong mode overlap, we achieve ~9.5-dB enhancement in FWM conversion efficiency.
