Dipole aligned energy transfer between excitons in 2D semiconductors and organic materials

Abstract

Energy transfer from low mobility material to high mobility material is essential for optoelectronic application. We demonstrate Foster energy transfer from organic material (PTCDA) to monolayer MoSe2 though steady state and transient photoluminescence spectroscopy.
