Green Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser from Perovskite (CH(NH2)2PbBr3) Thin Films

Abstract

We demonstrate green lasing from solution processed perovskite thin films, sandwiched within planar SiO2/HfO2 dielectric DBRs to form a high-Q surface emitting vertical cavity. Spectrally and spatially coherent lasing with a low threshold is achieved.
