Multimodal label-free low fluence nonlinear imaging of living systems with high-throughput

Abstract

Photo-damage thresholds in aqueous solutions and living cells are determined for wide field multiphoton imaging. Possible dwell times are 106 times longer compared to scanning confocal imaging. High throughput time-resolved multiphoton neuroimaging is performed.
