Ultranarrowband cw injection-seeded femtosecond OPG for superior pulse-to-pulse stability and output power

Abstract

We demonstrate for the first time injection seeding of a femtosecond OPG by a subnanometer linewidth, miliwatt cw diode laser. This device generates Watt-level tunable infrared sub-300 fs pulses with a superior pulse-to-pulse stability.
