Abstract

We report a fiber-laser-based 80-MHz picosecond UV source, tunable across 329-348 nm, providing 115 mW at 339.9 nm, with passive power stability of ~2.9%rms (1 min) and 6.5% rms (2 hours), in high beam quality.
