High-power 355-nm UV generation in CsLiB6O10 crystal

Abstract

A 30.8-W output power at 355 nm is generated in CsLiB6O10 crystal using a hybrid picosecond MOPA seeded by a gain-switched LD. The conversion efficiency from the fundamental source to the third harmonic reaches 48.1%.
