An 8 kHz Linewidth, 50 mW Output Wavelength Tunable DFB LD Array over the C-band with Self Optical Feedback

Abstract

A narrow linewidth, high output-power tunable DFB-LD array with self optical feedback is demonstrated. A linewidth of less than 8 kHz and an output power of above 50 mW over the C-band are simultaneously achieved.
