Dual-Frequency Comb Spectroscopy: A Digital Solution for Coherent Averaging

Abstract

We present a dual-comb spectrometer in which a new digital solution allows long-time coherent averaging of molecular spectra without spectral distortion even when the combs are free-running and subject to frequency drifting and jittering.
