Saturable Absorber Decouples Noise Stabilization in Dual-Comb Modelocked Lasers

Abstract

We present the stabilization and noise analysis of the pulse repetition rates of dual-comb modelocked lasers using an intracavity birefringent crystal for polarization-duplexing to obtain simultaneous emission of two modelocked beams from the same cavity.
