Detecting Single Molecule on Bioenabled Optofluidic Biosensors by Inkjet Printing

Abstract

We developed an innovative approach to continuously deliver picoliter volume droplets onto bioenabled optofluidic biosensors. The ultra-hydrophilic diatom surface concentrates molecules in the solution as the solvent evaporates, which enables single molecule detection by SERS.
