Abstract

A 100m/40Gbps 680-nm VCSEL-based LiFi transmission system employing three-stage injection-locked technique and doublet lens scheme is proposed. With the assistance of LNA and CDR, low BER of <10-9 at 100m/40Gbps operation is obtained.
