Offset Frequency Tuning of a Microcomb with an Integrated Microheater

Abstract

Carrier-envelope offset frequency tuning of a microcomb over 25 GHz is demonstrated based on the thermo-optic effect (362.07 ± 4.16 MHz/°C). Thermal response time constants of 30.9 µs and 0.71 ms are observed.
