Abstract

A pump-probe shadowgraph imaging technique was used to reveal the femtosecond-picosecond-nanosecond multitimescale fundamentals of high-quality, high-aspect-ratio microhole drilling in poly-methyl-meth-acrylate by a single-shot femtosecond laser Bessel beam.
