Wavelength Scanning based Pixel Super-Resolution

Abstract

We report a pixel super-resolution technique that uses wavelength scanning over a narrow spectrum to achieve an effective numerical-aperture of ~1 with ~2-3 fold less number of measurements than conventional lateral shift-based pixel super-resolution methods.
