Fusion of lens-free and lens-based microscope images for accurate color imaging

Abstract

Accurate color imaging over a wide field-of-view is achieved by combining single-wavelength lens-free on-chip holographic microscopy with a color-calibrated low-cost mobile-phone microscope using a wavelet-based image fusion algorithm.
