Understanding Charge Dynamics in Perovskite Semiconductors using Non-contact THz Probes

Abstract

Metal-halide perovskites show great promise as semiconductors for devices such as solar cells and lasers. We have uncovered the recombination dynamics of evaporated and solution processed thin films of these materials using optical-pump-terahertz-probe spectroscopy.
