Injection Locking of High-β Quantum Dot Microlasers

Abstract

We experimentally and theoretically investigate injection locking of high-β microlasers and show simultaneous stationary oscillation synchronized to the external signal and at the solitary frequency, where their macroscopic counterparts exhibit perfect synchronization or chaotic dynamics.
