Abstract
Optoelectronic devices based on two-dimensional atomic crystals are presented. In particular, graphene-photodetectors, photovoltaic and electroluminescent devices made of two-dimensional semiconductors, and devices based on atomically-thin van der Waals heterostructures are discussed.
