Mid-Infrared Femtosecond Optical Parametric Oscillator Synchronously-Pumped Directly by a Ti:sapphire Laser

Abstract

We report a deep-mid-IR femtosecond OPO based on CdSiP2 using direct synchronous pumping by a Ti:sapphire laser, providing continuous wavelength coverage across 6-8 µm under rapid static cavity delay tuning with high output stability.
