Transmission of Focused Picosecond Light Pulse through a Multimode Fiber

Abstract

We report the experimental demonstration and numerical simulation for delivery of spatially focused temporally compressed picosecond laser pulse through a 10-meter-long step-index multimode fiber by shaping the wavefront of incident light using a deformable mirror.
