Multi-photon Microscopy to Image Neuronal and Vascular Function in the Mammalian Brain

Abstract

I will review the application of two-photon laser scanning microscopy to problems in neuroscience as well as discuss current needs and challenges for the analysis of neuronal circuits and signaling in neocortical and other forebrain structures in mouse.
