Coherent laser source for optical time-stretched microscopy

Abstract

We demonstrate a coherent picosecond pulsed fiber laser for the high frame-rate optical time-stretched microscopy at 1.0 μm. Real-time flow imaging with a frame rate of 26.25 MHz is achieved based on this source.
