Real-time Optical Diffraction Tomography for 3-D Visualization of Microscopic Particles

Abstract

We develop a real-time reconstruction technique in optical diffraction tomography for the visualization of 3-D refractive index distribution using sparse angle illumination and graphic processing unit implementation. We apply the method to image dynamics of colloidal dimers and red blood cells.
