Abstract

The electrical conductivity of silver nanowire assembly is measured by using terahertz spectroscopy. Growth of the surface-oxidized layer on silver nanowires hinders electron transportation through the nanowire-to-nanowire junction and reduces the conductivity of nanowire network.
