Efficient femtosecond operation of a Kagome-type HC-PCF fiber at 75 W average power

Abstract

We report high power operation of a Kagome-type HC-PCF at 1 µm. We demonstrate guidance of thin disk laser beam with powers in excess of 100 W in cw and 75 W in modelocked operation.
